1. Gift Card Overview:

Kiddie Kab, LLC Gift Cards are issued by and are the property of Kiddie Kab, LLC ("Company"), a limited liability company registered in Orlando, FL.. Gift Cards are intended for personal use and cannot be resold, transferred, or redeemed for cash except as required by law.

2. Gift Card Purchase:

Gift Cards can be purchased through authorized channels provided by the Company, including the Company's official website and authorized retailers.

3. Gift Card Denominations:

Gift Cards are available in various denominations as determined by the Company. You may choose a denomination at the time of purchase, subject to availability.

4.Redemption:

Gift Cards can be redeemed towards the purchase of eligible products or services offered by Kiddie Kab, LLC. Gift Cards may be redeemed online at the Company's official website or in-store at participating Kiddie Kab, LLC locations. Gift Cards are not valid for use at any third-party retail locations.

5. Expiration:

Gift Cards do not have an expiration date and can be used until the full value has been depleted.

6. Combining Gift Cards:

Customers are allowed to combine multiple Gift Cards for a single transaction, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Application as Rider Account Credit: The value of the Gift Card purchased will be applied as a credit to the rider's account with Kiddie Kab, LLC. This credit can be used towards the payment of rides and associated fees. The credit will remain on the account until fully used, subject to these Terms.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards:

Gift Cards should be treated like cash. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced or refunded.

8. Balance Inquiry:

You can check the balance of your Gift Card by visiting the Company's official website or by contacting the Company's customer service.

9. Non-Refundable:

Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a Gift Card is purchased, the funds cannot be exchanged for cash or another payment method.

10. No Reloads:

Gift Cards cannot be reloaded with additional funds once the initial value has been used.

11. Resale and Unauthorized Use:

Resale or attempted resale of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to deactivate or reject any Gift Card if it suspects fraudulent or unauthorized use.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective as of the date they are posted on the Company's official website.
